Corporations are responsible for the trash generated by their products AFTER they are sold.
I live near a McDonald's and in my street there is always paper bags and the cardboard box used for the fries🍟on the ground.

Children usually only have access to wifi if their parents can afford it.
Many, probably most, parents, globally, cannot afford wifi.
All children deserve free education and the opportunity to develop their productive and creative potential- any government that ignores maximising the development of this huge source of wealth and well being is negligent.

Good government invests in the wealth creation potential of its territory and people.
Everyone wins.
Without good government people cannot enjoy the security and property rights essential to a healthy productive economy and society.
Without good government you have chaos and law of the jungle.
People who say they don't want taxes and government have never lived where there are neither- they really should go to experience the reality of their Libertarian wet dreams and see for themselves but they never do because that would be facing reality...and they would not last long without the security and wealth government provides.

Introduce corporate sponsorship of elections where people who vote get a voucher for a free burger or gas or whatever to incentivise increased participation in voting and democracy.
Make health and education free to all.
Make public transport free to use - funded by tax on fossil fuels.
Remove capital gains tax on Bitcoin used as a p2p payment.

Bring back the thing where you slip in money in a shopping cart so you gotta return it to get your money back.
Decree into existence an Online Bill of Rights. Includes things such as:
- The right to appear offline: this feature is mandatory in every social app, network or game.
- Read receipts are illegal. Let's go back to a time people didn't worry about "leaving them on read/seen"
I would also make society work on a two tier citizenship system.

Statist tier: you pay your 40-50% in taxes and get your "free" healthcare, social security, "free tuition", etc.

Sovereign opt-out tier: you pay no tax and relinquish right to any public social programs.
Let people sort themselves and leave each other alone.
