I needed a travel tablet with a larger screen so I bought a fairly new Galaxy tablet. The thing is already driving me nuts. Lots of bloatware, google apps that I don't use, etc. I am spoiled by graphene. In the past I played around with some sort of Linux OS for tablets, but it wasn't very practical. I'm looking for ideas, from minor to drastic. I usually lean towards drastic.
P.S. I know I could have gotten a pixel tablet. I didn't think I wanted to go through all that for a secondary device. Maybe I should have.

If you can't run lineageOS, this may be the best alternative.
To run an ADB server on your phone install this app: https://shizuku.rikka.app/ To use that server to uninstall any app use this app: https://github.com/samolego/Canta
Simple as.

I have a at least 10 year old one and it runs LineageOS without any issues. Obviously it is not that fast but ok.

Thanks. It's a tab. I don't know exactly which one. I'll check when I have access to it.
