not paying a dime. I had so many expenses lately because of the event (and it keeps piling up) and I really cannot afford un-needed extras.
they have to deal with it internally. I notified them in time of the event, it is not my problem they need 30 days to respond because of lack of personnel or any other reason.

My father died almost 3 weeks ago and I am still trying to close his mobile subscriptions. Today I told again the whole story to a 4th person at Vodafone. Meanwhile they issued the another invoice. They are hiding behind the 30 days period for response.
I am speechless at this kind of behavior. Lack of humanity.
