I’m very sorry for your loss. I think I would just stop paying. Have you considered that? Or are you already not paying the invoices?
not paying a dime. I had so many expenses lately because of the event (and it keeps piling up) and I really cannot afford un-needed extras. they have to deal with it internally. I notified them in time of the event, it is not my problem they need 30 days to respond because of lack of personnel or any other reason.
