Isn't the farmer able to sell more locally? Like restaurants, cafes, bakeries etc.?

Few restaurants here and they mostly buy from big suppliers chains. This guy is selling me and to few others in the village only when he have excess of production. Not always his chickens produce in excess. In the summer for example, due to an increased wave of tourists around, chickens are getting stressed and do not have so much eggs.
Is a real free market based on demand and supply and also he have to adjust his eggs price based on the food he have to buy for the chickens, especially in the winter when fresh food is not available.
I convinced him to accept my sats just for fun.

Unbelievable, tourism is the worst, like a plague result of the fiat slavery system that allow only 24 days of liberty per year. When people are going to wake up?

Yes indeed, in the summer here is a tourism nightmare. That's why I enjoy a lot my citadel place, far away into the mountains, alone.
