I am the developer of bsats, but I haven't had a chance to update bsats recently because of busy full-time job..
Will use the SN bounties feature to attract more developers help it.

very cool. i’m having a hard time logging in via email, the link appears in my inbox but keeps redirecting me to the web version of SN.

I use a little bit hack way to do the login..
After you login in through stacker.news web version, then it sync the cookie to app side.
I test lightning / twitter login part, it works fine... maybe there is a bug when using email login.

I'm missing the notification bell on the app. Do notifications work differently than the website or is that functionality missing altogether?

That's very good news! I have a little problem login into Bsats using a LN wallet running on the same device. I copy the login address, open the wallet and log in. The wallet tells me I'm already logged in, but when I go back to Bsats, it wants me to start the login process all over again. I have no problem login into a different device.

Never mind, I managed to login finally. It seems that Bsats got closed while I was logging in from the browser and then the app wasn't getting the login signal somehow. Switching fast from the wallet to the app it seems it did the trick.

Call Macy’s so far is that it’s a little tricky to login, you can reply the lightning button, brings up a tip dialogue rather than executing a tip, but what I like a lot is that you can pull down to refresh, and he has built-in functions to start your favorite posts
