I was thinking maybe the Steelers unless they go the free agency route but if they want to draft a QB with a lot of experience who can probably step in right away and not be a 2-3 year project, Beck might be the best option.

I think they know that they can't just keep firing head coaches every year, especially coaches as universally respected as Pete.
How many more years is Pete going to coach anyways? They are going to need to replace him in a couple years anyways so if you aren’t happy with him might as well get rid of him now.
