I disagree, simply because the best privacy is obtained by not doing something. If you don't buy bitcoin, you don't have to worry about KYC bitcoin. And if you're not going to spend Bitcoin, you don't have to buy Bitcoin.

You don't need Bitcoin for the NgU. That's the beef we're having much more than KYC or no-KYC, I think.
