This guide is dedicated to all my "haters" and followers. @WeAreAllSatoshi @gfy @Modus @PlebeiusG @Syturio ... and many others that just want to trash my posts but don't really read my guides.

I want to help the Bitcoin community. Yes, many will say that I am crazy and insult noobs. This is "my way" you like it or not, I don't fucking care.

So here I wrote a guide about Bluewallet migration to another LN funding sources, to calm down the noobs that don't know about all the LN aspects and hos to use it.

You might want to mention something regarding Login with LN in your article.

I used my BW LNDHUB custodial wallet to “Login using Lightning”. This was my only login to some services like SN. I have now changed this since I was to avoid the ability to login once they shut down.

Another related thing I discovered which surprised me was the Login with LN using the same custodial wallet (BW LNDHUB) on BW and imported in Alby recognised me as two different users when logging into SN. I was told this is due to a lack of standard on the way this is handled by each wallet. This is now quite frustrating as I can no longer login with LN using BW on mobile 😵‍💫 I’m wondering if anyway has any suggested workarounds for this? i.e. how to login with LN on mobile using Alby custodial account?

The LN-auth is not given by the LN app. Is given by the LN node you are using in that LN app. So if you already used a BW lndhub account for a LN-auth, just replace it with a new lndhub account.

I imported by Alby account into BW and it worked and recognised me as the same user!

I’m confused now, as with my BW custodial wallet which I imported before into Alby (other way round), I was sure that I was recognised as two different users on SN when I logged on PC using Alby extension vs when I logged on mobile using BW. Maybe I did something wrong don’t know but anyway thanks it seems to work now this way round.

Ok maybe I spoke too soon. After I logged into SN using BW configured with Alby custodial wallet, I tried now to login with my PC browser again and it recognized me as a different user. So Login with LN BW =/ Login with LN Alby it seems :(

I wonder what it would take for other LNdhub nodes such as Alby or LN.tips to be able to support the “manage funds” feature that lndhub.io allowed for.

It was nice to be able to move funds offchain directly from within the BlueWallet app.

Would you know of an alternative way to do that directly in BW?

Sorry. I did read and I moved funds from lndhub.io to LN.tips no problem.

But I can’t seem to be able move funds from my onchain wallet in BW to my LN.tips wallet in BW (all within the BW app) Whereas with a lndhub.io wallet it was possible. I can’t seem to find a way to do that.

This is where many people do not get it. And thanks for pointing that out.

The LN account (lndhub.io) created in BW is linked in some way to the onchain wallet created in the same BW app. That means anytime you want to fund that LN account from your onchain wallet, it will use an address from that wallet.

LNTipBot (ln.tips) do not have that link, is just a custodial lndhub account.

Many people still do not understand the Star Wars saga...

I suggest to all watching again the whole series and focus on all Darth Vader’s actions and words. He was actually The Balance into The Force, he was forced to join (briefly) with Emperor Palpatine, in order to bring down the Empire. His main goal was peace and be with Amidala… he knew also about the “other side” of the Jedi.

The Jedi and The Sith are just the today’s “left and right” political sides.

Darth Vader wanted Luke to join him into bringing down both sides and finally have the balance into The Force. Think again why Luke Skywalker after Vader’s death decided to isolate himself. He realized the mistake he did.
