If the court goes in claimants favour, how can they actually force the property transfer?

The only thing I can see come of it is if one of the wallets wake up and transfer funds to like Coinbase and then the claimant can say "hey those are my coins, a judge said so, freeze that and return it to me!"

Either way it's all unlikely clown scenarios

They can't. Will be just a worthless paper where it says "you are the owner of this piece of land on Mars". Good luck.

But scammers will find ways to fool idiots with that piece of paper.

Is it only with a hard fork that they can move funds? I remember someone posting here that there’s gonna be a Bitcoin hard fork and they’re gonna use the “lost” coins for funding.
