No. They have nothing to do with this. None of them can have access to those keys.

Is it only with a hard fork that they can move funds? I remember someone posting here that there’s gonna be a Bitcoin hard fork and they’re gonna use the “lost” coins for funding.

They can't. Will be just a worthless paper where it says "you are the owner of this piece of land on Mars". Good luck.
