bliss vs correcting the chaos
I always prefer bliss.
Chaos is handy because it gives you an easy way to effect changes.
there is no rise without friction; @Kontext uses the term "suffering" and i prefer the term "endurance training;"

the chakra regions are intimately related to lymphatics, this is why massage & Tai Chi work as well as simply "shaking out"the flesh, putting legs up the wall, hanging off a bar, etc...
I use TaiChi to enhance my balance and stability, and yes the shaking does make a difference.

i wud download all of his videos; the man clearly gets it, and is a spectacular educator;
i think that at a certain level of Tai Chi mastery, one always moves thru the day and thru life as if practicing a Tai Chi session; i call it the jiggle-wiggle walk - when practiced enuff, the rhythmic shaking will be barely visible!

everyone gets the immune system they deserve, based on the training & applied knowledge;
a man with a robust immune system can calmly observe the 0rganisms flowing thru the body & the environment, and they wudn't affect him much, since the body rejects them (due to frequency mismatch);
imho, at different levels of awakening, different methods of clean-up are employed; purifying the water, air, food, and light one consumes is the beginner's objective; working thru matter, liquid, and air hunger is the next level;
the major problem then become the rest of the people with low immune systems & high levels of retardation; which is what one can observe in the currently intensifying conditions; complete abstinence from society is incorrect, however - one shud spend an equal amount of time in bliss vs correcting the chaos! (an idea not widely spoken about);
