Because I don't believe in state sponsored violence (bombs, borders, etc) and I don't want responsibility for its many horrors.
Because I don't like having my own human labor value stolen from me via monetary debasement.
Because I don't trust fiat currency or banks.

I use bitcoin/LN to foster the network effect. To help it grow.
Now, I stack sats because;
- hard money
- non-governmental (I am from a historically underserved/abused population)
- bankless (earning the BS in Finance, I learned it was a hustle, robbery really, easy money basically because the masses didn't/didn't want to understand. I never worked in banking.)

yeah, seems like an odd question... it is everything else that needs justification
"I hold a basket of dollars and equities because I am 70 and have regular medical expenses so I hold a bit of non-bitcoin" is a reasonable answer.
Now, out of the EVERYTHING that bitcoin fixes, different people will care more about different things... I will start a new topic asking about that question.
