I'm quite sure an intentional hard fork will not die. All you need is one miner and even then, you can always just not have any blocks and restart after years. Greed can be expressed in the form of magically printing money through a fork and it shouldn't be dismissed. We have quite the historical precedent with forks that are not only born, but sustained through greed, even if the relative value went closer to zero than the Bitcoin price.
yeah will not die totally but for a shity exchange rate will not worth the effort to redeem the new coins.

When I did it in the first days of the fork I did it at almost 1:1
Also will be quite rare to find a P2P peer with more anonymity. The goal of these forks is mostly to de-anonymize the existing BTC owners through KYC exchanges.
I never even touched BCH. Never even looked. Back then it just pissed me off (still does from time to time) and I do not want to seek out sources of anger.
It would have just distracted me too, even if I wouldn't have been angry about it, as I was in the middle of helping build an actual business using Bitcoin as MoE. No one in that team looked at BCH; we were just too busy building something we believed in. Testing the waters if, with the skills/tools we had and the ones we knew we could develop, we could actually pull off a profitable Bitcoin business. And we did, with a small, 5-headed team.

sincerely... I think I will not bother to redeem, none of them. I am quite busy these days and mostly offline.
But if you can find a direct exchange P2P can be interesting to fuck'em'all, because if there's no pressure on dumping the forked coins, it will prolong their agony.
