It's become political. Right wingers hate Wilson and they recently found out that Wilson is, and has always been, a conservative. Since rightoids have lower intelligence, the panic and downvote out of confusion and frustration

Why do they hate her, though? I have trouble imagining having strong feelings about a translator of a book that I don’t particularly care about.

I'm genuinely baffled by it. I've never paid more than 21 sats for a downvote, and can't imagine paying that many sats even if someone posted the most vile thing imaginable. Glad the territory owners will get some nice payouts, though.
