You must not be restricted yet.  Had a friend try it just now from a totally different computer and they saw the same "Don't fret, it's not your fault" error message.

I tested this just now, and a nostr search works just fine.

Try using Twitter's search box for "nostr", or any nearly any popular npub address.  You will likely see an error message saying "Something went wrong, but don't fret --- it's not your fault."

Also clicks on the hashtag #MarchOffTwitter will result in the same error message.
