Why people would NOT believe somebody saying "I lost my BTC in a boating accident" but they believe those who says "I lost my BTC in a ColdCard vulnerability" ?

What makes you think that the supposedly "drain" of funds is not in fact a tx to his other wallets?

Very very very hard to prove that are not the same individual doing it.

sometimes I came down just to get some more beers and get inspiration.
