I never had my sats 'stranded' as you say on PREDYX.
If I can withdraw, so you can too.
What makes it different for you?

I don't know what's different for me.
Previously I had a greyed out pay me button for the small amount that remained after I withdrew my winnings (left over ~150 sats).
Just tried again and now I am just getting a "Request failed with status 400" error.
Still not quite hiccup free if you ask me.

Contact the support. They are very responsive.

They responded, said it was a problem, then went silent.

Congrats.
But I'd be a bit hesitant to categorize the inability to make any adjustments until mere hours before the actual split as "without a hiccup."
That seemed more akin to a fish bone getting lodged sideways down a throat.
Plus what @DarrelXero said below: I too have stranded sats.
