For security reasons, lightning invoices are not paid immediately for now. The bot notifies @ek to manually pay any lightning invoice. This means it can take up to 24 hours to get paid.

No, the bot pays your lightning invoice. Today, you get 1 sat for every 2 credits you send (fee already included). See the instructions in its bio.
