Shelled?
I used to be a smoker, and the oral fixation of opening the seed is really the only thing that compares to it. Get me going and I can fill bowls with the shells.
I get them with the shell, can't escape the dopamine reward loop. It doesn't help that they basically taste like potato chips (oil).
They're a good reminder that I'm not a great multi-tasker, as they quickly hijack my focus if I try to eat them while doing anything more than listening to or watching something.
I made carmelized onions again today. The amount of time required makes it easy to forget how good they are.
Did you add a sweetener or just use the natural sugars from the onions?
100% natural sugars from the onions. It takes 4 hours and 5 pounds of onions reduces to 1 cup of carmelized onions.
I skipped the effort and purchased a carmelized-onion-apple-brie danish recently. It kicked ass.
What did you make?
We made a BOC - bacon onion and cheddar sandwich. I just wanted to have some around. we’ll probably add them to eggs and stuff for the next week or so

This can as far as I can tell be caused by:
If it worked the past 3 days it's unlikely to be a bug on the SN side
It worked fine the past few days. I can use the alby go wallets connected through the hub to send elsewhere.
When you retest send/receive now, do they pass? Or also time out?
Timed out. I'll be driving for an hour. I'll check later.
In the meantime, I checked some NWC connections through relays like
nos.loland those work. The only SN-side thing I can think of is when the SN worker processes would all get banned from all relays that you have in your connection string.(makes note to self that, despite not really wanting to and it being a bit risky, it would be helpful for me to run alby hub myself in production)

Back-to-school blues aggravated by the fact that I had to take care of my first-grader’s son’s stuff first. Forced him to empty his bag, clear the staples and whatnot, sharpen his colour pencils and generally get everything in order. But before I could yield to rest, I had to rush to the photography studio to print out a photo of my four-year-old daughter. Upon reaching home, I had to help her make a photo frame so that she could submit her home project. Only then could I get ready for school.

This is what we used to worry about with social media, e.g. the data patterns from your child's YT or IG doomscrolling addiction was probably the most profitable thing you could extract from kids, until now, because now the brand loyalty thing is probably beating that.
