Because there are a lot of awesome people here and using bitcoin is fun even if there are also crazies here.

@DarthCoin , @supertestnet surely there's others. What's your churn like? Like HODL waves for nonposting accounts.

FWIW 60% (15m) of zaps were sats over the last 12 months and about half those months were near 70% sats.

Sure 50% of zaps on nostr succeed as sats and the rest fail and no one knows or cares because the majority of zaps are self zaps anyway.

regardless, you can imply whatever rosy thing you want about nostr and dismiss every criticism of nostr because nostr is not a system. it's the perfect outfit for superiority larping and it's so grant-fed the lies never have to stop.

are you suggesting xmr is a shitcoin?¡ anything other than Bitcoin is a shitcoin in my opinion. Bitcoin is financial capital, I'm stacking many other forms of capital but when it comes to financial capital there is only one that is supreme.

Also don't take my criticisms of nostr too seriously. I just have a strong desire to counter the myriad of podcaster platitudes about nostr that are rattled and repeated to no end in defiance of reality.[1] I get lobbed so many thoughtless nostr-fixes-this remarks being something adjacent that it's revolting. Nostr has lots of cool things going for it. There's just a lot of shallow pandering out there.
