Hilarious misunderstanding

A few hours ago, I told someone on YT I would pay him 100k if he sends me an LN invoice because he made a great bitcoin introduction video that I shared with a lot of friends.
He seems to have misunderstood me and thought I want to pay him 100k BTC, lol
Now I hope he is not too disappointed that it's not really a life changing amount. It's "just" 100k sats, haha
Do you always say "sats"? When paying with LN, I thought it's obvious that sats are meant.
Now I am not that sure anymore, haha

Sats as a denomination is something that is slowly creeping into the larger consciousness. We use it because its useful, but the non Bitcoin people (or even Bitcoin new people) still use Bitcoin as the denomination and don't know how to use lightning network.
Just keep using it. They'll learn what it means from experience. When you refuse to put the time into learning something, you're forced to learn from experience instead.

Yeah, I totally forgot how I didn't use sats half a year ago.
Now I use sats everywhere.

When paying with LN, I thought it's obvious that sats are meant.
Indeed, LN = sats, onchain = BTC
