The worst that will happen is you spend a little time on it, post it, but get 0 upvotes.
However, history and economics are interesting to many of us who are frequent stackerz (stackerz as in stacker.news users, not just stackers as-in stacking sats).
What are all the ways you currently stack sats? I know I’m not alone in the constant belief that I don’t own enough bitcoin, and also I simply enjoy learning about the creative things people are creating & doing.
A few ways that have become somewhat habit for me:
Fold app for free daily spin, all debit card transactions, rent, quarterly estimated federal taxes.
Once a week I can get 5% BTC cashback using cashapp at a restaurant.
The Boost is only available once a week for restaurant spend. Most of the boosts are pretty much garbage... for me anyway, not sure if their AI gives people different boosts based on spend. It used to be 10% but was reduced some time ago.
Back to working on the slide deck ... one benefit to not having programmed in a few days is that I'm really missing it and counting the days until I can get back to it.
Having been in an executive/leadership role for 5+ of the past 7 years, I still miss coding a lot. I’ve worked to fill the void through other means (podcasting, content creation, entrepreneurship, wrote a book) but there’s something about the pure creation of coding that is unlike other things.
The most comparable thing I've found is physically building something. I think there's something about providing relatively objective value, something that does something material and acts in the world.
