try convincing people around the world not to develop it, it won't work.
Giving up is the solution then? Lamenting that you cannot do anything is exactly what they want you to do. Is the final step into full obedience.
I think opensource is the best way against that.

I don't think opensourcing is "Giving Up", it is the best solution to program an AI without ill intent.

what about it is exactly anti-human? my understanding so far has been that you meant to say it would poison people's thoughts with ideological propaganda.
another sentiment I'm getting is that AI will overpower us, which is certainly a possibility.
I am not saying we should adopt AI, I'm not saying I want it to take over.
I'm just being realistic. If being realistic and suggesting actual possible solutions to build an AI that has public known motives make me a lost soul then so be it I guess.
If I don't understand what you are referring to when you say its anti human, please elaborate (eg: do you mean it will make humans unable to think for themselves?).
Maybe as you're still somewhat sure I'm a human, you shouldn't give up on me so quick! I think this type of discussion between us human beings is important, and I'm trying to further understand your viewpoint and I believe you're sharing in goodwill, so maybe I'm worth giving the benefit of the doubt as well.
