I agree with your premise Darthcoin. I have no use for politicians.
I live my life as a father, a husband, a member of my community, etc. and I make decisions based on common sense and critical thinking – not political ideology.
But reality is that our lives are affected by politics and bitcoin will be discussed in the political arena.
It is good for us to be aware of who is saying what. Not bury our heads in our blankies.

Don't forget, the NYC mayor Adams talked a big pro Bitcoin game before he was elected. He was going to be paid in Bitcoin or some similar gimmick. But as soon as he was elected he pivoted hard.
