SN release: reward all activities, sub to posts/comments, contributors, & more

Lots of mostly small stuff again.

rewards go to all activities
- top 33% of posts get 1/4 of rewards
- top 33% of posts get 1/4 of rewards
- zappers of top posts get 1/4 rewards
- zappers of top comments get 1/4 rewards
- this is yet another experiment to establish a baseline before we try a randomness experiment
you can subscribe to a stackers posts, comments, or both now (via @weareallsatoshi)
open source contributors to SN have a badge on their profiles now ... if you've contributed to the open source project and want this badge, open a pr adding your nym to the contributors.txt file
add separators to numbers (via @weareallsatoshi)
opt-in anonymous diagnostics (via @ekzyis)
- this is off by default ... but if you turn it on it's anonymous
- it's meant to help us debug weird PWA behavior we've been struggling to recreate (like push subscriptions turning off)
on the blank search page, hidden filters are now documented (via @rleed)
flagging is now weighted by zap amount
- the more you flag, the bigger the effect
- all flagging sats go to rewards
- this will eventually become downzaps
fix bounty pay count (reported by @birdeye21)
fix deposits and nostr zaps not showing up in notifications

There is also some great work @rleed has done (wallet history export and automated social posting) that is mostly waiting on me to make it suitable for prod, but I still wanted to mention it.

Ahaha, it’s this a way to say that top 33% of posts get 50% of the pool?

Or should it be like…

top 33% of posts get 1/4 of rewards
top 33% of comments get 1/4 of rewards

This will be great to incentivise not just post quality but content quality in general within SN
