No. Phoenix is not providing such option, but still is providing a LNURL, that is more or less the same as a LN address.
Is there perhaps an alternative to phoenix that is self custodial and has the ability to create an ln address? I want to have a permanent address instead of generating lnurl every transaction

- running node and configuring the address server
- use the custodial wallet that will generate an address for me
