A couple of friends and I have been working on Shopstr for a bit now and recently launched. It's definitely still a work in progress but for now you can check it out at here. We currently support NIP-04, NIP-07, NIP-09, and NIP-99 and also have a PWA. In the near-future we're planning on adding a native Cashu wallet and NIP-15 support. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Can you add a regional component to it so you can set up communities for meetups and by default exclude transactions that are to far away?
Can you set up an escrow feature where the buyer can load the sale amount into a dedicated spot thats visible to the seller. Goods and money can then change hands in real time. You get the stuff and release the funds or vice versa?
Filters for locations, categories, and shipping availability are currently being worked on so those should be coming soon and escrow will be the next major feature we'll focus on after building out the native wallet!
Personally, I think an app like this is one of the best use-cases for broader bitcoin adoption.
If i could sell my used books and other junk for sats instead of cents, that would be awesome.

Extension signing is definitely the recommended option. We just added the ability to encrypt your nsec with a passphrase so newer users can easily just input a passphrase to sign stuff. We're planning on adding links or articles on how to set up an extension to hold your keys for people new to that.
Cool. Done and tested. It would be nice to have the ability to edit a listing and also add shipping cost field.
We're in the process of adding a shipping field already and will look into editing listings!
