What would you do, if all nations in the world made mining, trading, and spending Bitcoin illegal?
When have all the nations of the world agreed on anything?
We saw what happened when China did this. If the US did it I suspect those powers at odds with the US would capitalize on the opportunity.
define "illegal" first. What is a "nation"? WHO is that nation? What is a government? WHO is that gov? What is legal ?
Answer these first.
If that would happen after mass adoption, why would anyone worry?

i.e. less indebted, growing nations, with abundant resources.
