I learnt that some people neither have an inner voice nor can imagine things in their head visually.
I talk to myself everytime and can see everything i want in my inner eye like its real. I can even "Feel", "Hear" or "smell" it if i want.

4% of the population actually suffer from ASMR while 99% of the population think they have ASMR.

As in, when they are sitting on a train, looking out the window, their brain is just the monkey banging the cymbals together?

I didn’t know that was possible. What do they think? Does their brain just have “engaged” and “disengaged” mode? Are they just catatonic when bored?

So many questions.

They probably just live "in the moment" like dogs

Those who can't "talk" to themselves usually are NPCs... brainless NPC, order followers.

reply

agreed. But its interesting to me why some people can and other can't

reply

Lmao. I think it's the opposite. It's the minority who don't hear the voice. I don't have an inner voice, and I don't need it. I can think for myself.

Actually you've just prove my theory: you don't want to hear your "inner voice" because you are too busy hearing the ones from outside you (gov and propaganda shit) and your brain is trained by their techniques to think that is "free thinking" when in fact you are just following orders...

reply

Bs. Your inner voice is just an echo of what you've heard or read. You don't have any original thoughts.

I don't follow orders, so that disproves your point.

I can hear and see anything I want and I do have an inner monologue. However, my inner sense of smell, taste, and touch aren't as powerful. They're more like memories of scents, flavors, and sensations.
