Currently Bitcoin transaction fees are around 250 sat/vB. Do you think this helps the network by enticing entities to mine and normal users to move to lightning? Or does it hurt the network by driving away users that can't afford them.

It's mostly BRC-20 tokens shitcoinery. I'm not exactly sure how they are able to pay so much in fees for so long with nothing in return.
