It's unclear how the whole sub process will work. I'm sure @k00b has his work cut out for him trying to plan it. From what I remember the ultimate goal is to give sub owners a lot of latitude as to how the subs are structured, and I assume there will be tools available to the owners. Yes, I hope your post provides you some security!

I really like your ideas. I think it could foster more long form content here. I hope you didn't make a mistake by revealing your plans early. There might be those ready to swipe your vision. If anyone does I for one will boycott their sub.
