In all seriousness, it seems to me that the move to 10 SATs has done wonders in cutting back on shitty posts. I really think the OP would benefit from reading the guide and FAQ. He would start earning more and pushing for 21 SATS himself.
I've noticed that the "bitcoin" sub tends to be quite a bit stingier. When I post things here, I get much less substantive comments and far smaller zaps.
I agree that they need to read the guide and learn how to use the site better. Not to mention his ROI is 400% on this post.
