I doubt users will just scan a 5BTC invoice, even if is onchain. Keep in mind that on LN is not supposed to pay large amount of BTC, but likely small usual payments. For onchain (large amount) user usually get a destination BTC address and he manually input the details by itself, not scanning invoices that already contain a quantity.
To answer your question, no, I never saw a wallet app that brings an extra alert message based on x amount. But for example Electrum wallet, if you activate "advanced payment options" you will have at least 3 steps to confirm until the tx is broadcast. So you really have to be quite dumb not to know what you are doing.

I agree with you. But my point is that not every invoice or qr code does exactly what the text around it says.

yes, indeed, you always have to check what you are paying. Usually after you scan, you have a review details before you hit pay button.
