He is a smart guy, and i follow most of his posts, he was very into Privacy, yet he let him self get caught like that...
Any bitcoin related service/app that has extensive Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policys is a huge red flag in my book

I also get your point here @Onions BUT i think there needs to be some kind of terms and conditions and privacy policies when doing business between two parties. Also he was adressing business with his services. They are sub-contractors from bigger companies and need liability. I'm happy about some T&Cs to be honest, but dont need 20 pages of course

I would always recommend a local (to the country) lawyer to consult prior doing anything bitcoin payments related there... Ideally yes, but also very expensive (lawyers steal off you too)
