Cisgender is the term used for those who identify as the gender they were assigned at birth. It means they are not transgender. And before you call me a "woke liberal," I'd rather be awake and with the times instead of asleep and being left behind.

No, because not everyone identifies as a man or a woman. Just because something is different to you, doesn't mean it's wrong or shouldn't be allowed. Being non-binary is a totally legitimate way to identify. Gender is not defined by your genitalia either, science has proven that gender is determined by the.brain and it is possible for the brain to not go along with what is in your pants. Climb out from under that rock you live in and catch up with the progress and acceptance my generation and below have accomplished. It'll be okay, boomer.

It's not a mental defect at all. Sorry, but just because it's weird.to.you and doesn't fit your narrative doesn't mean it's wrong or a "mental defect." Scientists have proven the legitimacy of those who are transgender and non-binary. Sorry that you are so close-minded. I have a couple friends that are transgender and they are amazing, loving, caring people and honestly if you didn't already know they were trans you wouldn't be able to tell by looking at them. Those in the LGBTQ+ community deserve rights too. Those rights you claim to be so passionate about don't only apply to people that look/think/love like you do. They apply to every single individual.
