But, I'm not sure if it's a great example of a pattern for repeatable PoW.

And, I don't get the point of zapping somebody else's listing? There are plenty of other classified ads platforms, and building one ontop of SN seems broken. On the other hand, if it works, I could see SN building features to support market-place-type territories, which would be wild to watch.
