That's really cool! Shows the history behind it all aswell. And for a band formed in the 90s they really give that 60s/70s sound. I'd never heard of a town of mermaids before! I knew it was done as a display in a lot of places but this town really seems to claim it as theirs and that's cool! Great job supergrass!

I know Weeki Wachee well. Took my daughter to mermaid shows. Pretty unique place. I think it was one of the first roadside attractions on a U.S. interstate

I know Florida well. It's not exactly a culturally rich paradise. I would only make a trip to Weeki Wachee if you have a need to be in the Tampa area.

Maybe you should root for one of the sports teams. Otherwise you will be disappointed if you're just there for the mermaids.
