Rarely anyone will pay any transaction fee to pay for everyday goods and services when they can do it for free with other platforms using standard currency or other cryptocurrencies. And don't tell me lightning solves the problem because it doesn't. There are still routing fees although incredibly insignificant but we all have experienced the horrid "payment in transition" issue at one point or another.

That's regulary happens with blocks mined by AntPool, likely due to tx acceleration, where extra is paid to prioritize tx by fiat means of payments.
