EVERY natural man and woman is born “in the private”. Whereas the State is public, and therefore its Public Servants, and its legal fiction creations are “in the public”, including its artificial legal “persons”.A man or woman can either “live” “in the private”, or “act” “in the public”. It takes time, I'm also learning it bit by bit.
And it's scary to think how little things we actually OWN.

Trash. Some people seem to think filing affidavits in the county record change their "status" in some way and yet those same people continue to have issues with LEOs, other government agencies, and/or jail/prison time.
Darth fell for this same thing, as did I.

Im not super into it, also because i know the state will use foul play.
But there a huge community around this legal loopholes..
If you have the time and understand law, you can circle some parts of the system..

If it's not black and white law, it will not work.
Your remedy lies in learning court process, learning your constitutions, statutes, and case law, and then suing their asses in court, while planning to appeal to appellate courts.
I have been down that road and I have seen people end up on jail or prison.

I 100% agree that you really need to know what you are doing. And depending on the country/ laws youi have different manuvering space.
I wont take that route because study law is not for me..
I prefer to grow shit by myself rather than be my own lawyer

I get that. It's not for everybody. There are some things that irk me so badly (property taxes, licenses, etc) that I feel I MUST sue them so they'll quit their racketeering against me - and possibly get a nice paycheck for it.

A lot of this is sovereign citizen nonsense. People have no need to be afraid of their NAME.
I fell for this initially too.
