How sick? It is some usual winter sickness? If yes, I recommend the "Bérescsepp" drops. It is a Hungarian invention, but it is popular and famous worldwide. It is a very effective immunity booster. You need to drink 20 drops at morning and 20 drops at evening dilued with some liquid (water, juice, etc...) excluding milk. Here is how does it look:
I recommend it to you the 100 ml packaging, because of cost efficiency.
P.S. Btw...it is also very good to prevent the sickness, not just for treat.

Reaching out to the nostr users in the saloon. Have you all noticed a dramatic increase in bots on the platform? I am not a nostr power user but have had an account for over a year which I check daily and post/engage sporadically. I have never had a problem with bots on my account but when I created an account for the stacker sports territory and started engaging with notes in various sports hashtags it seems every reply I get from a user is accompanied by a series of likes and reposts from a bunch of bots. I just mute all the bots but it is annoying because I am trying to measure engagement as part of my territory marketing initiative.
Have others had this problem on nostr recently?

It was bound to happen. I was worried and warning about it a year ago. It's the biggest point of failure for nostr. I think there needs to be a fee-to-post system, but that's hard to implement on every relay, and a catch-22 for new users who don't have any sats.
Unfortunately, I think decentralized social media is going to be relegated to the type of people who run Linux. Or it just won't happen until a wave of new interest in Bitcoin emerges, in 10 or 20 years.

Thank goodness I wasn’t in school for the staff meeting because I don’t want to be called out to receive my awards. I was at the headquarters of the Ministry of Education, attending a seminar which comprised talks by one student dancer and three accomplished dancers.
Yes, I’m the teacher in charge of the Dance Club. Go figure.
Anyway, there was the typical Q-and-A session at the end. And to make my time worthwhile, I eagerly volunteered to be the first teacher to ask a question. So my question was this: how do you ladies regard failure? Is failure in your vocabulary or do you reframe it as something else?
The three accomplished dancers gave me different answers. The first one spoke about how she grew fond of failures because without making mistakes and taking small steps, you wouldn’t know how to be great. The other two said something to the tune of thinking of failure as a learning experience. Which I think is the prevailing paradigm of today’s times.
Other than that, I had a great time picking up words like conditioning, periodisation and mind-to-body connection, you know, basically stuff that would help me accentuate my wisdom in front of impressionable teenagers.

Hacks of today: putting different LN addresses for different things. ⚡️
  • I use LN tipbot in Nostr, because I would get notifications from Telegram.
  • I use Alby in my blogs as tipping, where I can read some interesting comments from time to time.
  • I use Zeus LND as the main LN login to log into sites like SN, or tools like lifpay.
  • I use BTCpay with Voltage for all my sites, and connect it with Zeus too.
Not only can I easily know how many sats I've stacked from each place, but I can also clearly see where people paying more attention to.
And happy to know your hacks:) 👀

hmmm, then you would need to do the " calculating " yourself.
Separating is like a lazy way to do the math 🤓 - like I'd be curious to see how many sats I would stack in five or in ten years in different places, or would it be harder and harder to stack sats ( as the price "changes"), or will it be easier and easier as more people start to understand the magic internet money? Much to be discovered.

Why even @k00b hided his stacking and cowboy hat? 🤔
What if the real cowboys are hidden in the wild - you are watching things unfold, but hiding in the crowd keeps you safe and gives you more time to prepare and think/rest.
Also, what if that's the way to let people focus on your WORK instead of the "title/status" ?

For me, this is an unquestionable truth. My only regret is that I didn't realize it sooner. When we're too young, we don't think about these fundamental issues.
Regarding the value of failure, I notice that in Europe there isn't much value placed on learning from mistakes, in the United States there is much more.

well, making mistakes is a learning journey too, and then you learn how to avoid making the same mistake again.

The Saloon doors swung open, a gust of cold wind swept spindrift into the dimly lit room. The thump of snow-caked boots against the floor echoed as the tired cowboy entered, hunched figure draped with a weathered duster coat. He surveyed the room with half-closed and weary eyes.
A fire crackled in the hearth, casting shadows on the worn floor and across the well used furniture, as the tall figure filled the doorway.
As the cowboy made his way to the bar, two strangers turned their attention toward him. One was a quiet middle-aged man, belly straining against the buttons of a well-worn shirt, blank paper and broken pencils littered his table. The other was a young woman sat on the far side, elegant features and an air of mystery, a single notebook and fountain pen neatly arranged before her.
"Howdy," the first man broke the silence. "Looks like you've been riding for a good while. How's the trail treatin' you?"
The cowboy let out a slight chuckle, fatigue momentarily lifting. "The trail ain't always kind, but we cowboys learn to reckon with its ups-and-its-downs," he replied, his voice deep and tinged with exhaustion.
The woman fixed her gaze on the cowboy, her eyes shining with empathy. "Thats a tough lesson. What brings you here?" she enquired, her voice calm and as warm as the embers in the grate.
The cowboy nodded slowly, pushed his hat back a touch. "Well Ma'am, there are plenty of wannabes who ain't never gonna learn....." he removed his duster and draped it carefully over the stool to his side, perching himself on another. "For me, I guess you could say that this world can be a mighty glum place; even the snow feels heavier when you ride alone, but sometimes you gotta pause and savour the journey."
The room fell silent, the weight of the cowboy's words hanging in the air like a thick fog. The cowboy reached forward of the bar, found a bottle and poured himself a shot. Raising the glass to his lips, and with a long drink, the cowboy could feel the warmth of old No7 coarse through his body. He settled into his seat, comforted by the whisky and the company who seemed to appreciate his struggle.
The jovial man leaned across his table, eyes filled with curiosity. "Where are you headed?" he asked, genuine interest in his voice.
The cowboy was lost in thought for a moment, images of endless horizons dusted with snow preying on his mind. He exhaled slowly before replying, "Well, I reckon I'll keep ridin' ‘til I find my place in this world. But for now, I'll take my rest, surrounded by you kind strangers."
The tired cowboy raised his glass in a silent toast to the room. The fire crackled, casting a warm glow on the faces of the people who had briefly become his companions. In that moment, he felt the weight of the world lift just a little, knowing he was not alone on his journey.

Not sure how many of you started to earn in Bitcoin, but it makes you happier - not just stacking Bitcoin itself, but the fact that people pay you with their precious sats, which means your work is being valued and appreciated!
Buying Bitcoin is good, but earning it changes your thinking - in the Fiat world, people would think about what to do to earn MORE and FASTER. But in Bitcoinlandia, you need to think about what to do to actually offer value to others and keep improving it, because a. reputation is expensive, b. everyone wants to stack those precious sats, but people would only spend on quality things.
I would recommend everyone start to try to earn Bitcoin from NOW on. Yes it's hard and still early, but not impossible - not only it's the best way to learn, but it also shows great POW from you, especially at a time when everyone is using shitGDP yet you are actually doing the work to learn and figure things out yourself:)

Here is someone who paid me over LN last night:) not gonna lie, I still get excited whenever someone pays me in Bitcoin, it just feels different. 🤩
