I've got an inflamed heart muscle.
It's a shame I can't participate, for I'm thirsting to feel that crispy burn in my chest again, elevating my heart rate and pumping up my body as a whole- and don't forget that spicy burn in the triceps... Oh Lord oh Lord what have I done to deserve this punishment!
Oh Lord OH LOOORRDDD ‼️‼️‼️

Tough one. Maybe you can get 100 mins of walking in. That would be about 10k steps.

I did start to go on small walks again, but that's about it in terms of what's smart to do for now.

Can you do sets on your knees?
It's all about training.
Go easy on yourself. Do 5 or 10 and just watch your body fall in line.
It's your personal challenge. We are just here to do the same.

It's not that I can't do them physically, it's that I can't have my heart pumping harder than normal; it could damage my heart.
I have to get the inflammation out first.

As long as you are alive that's all that counts! Do what you need to do to keep your motor running. We need coaches, too. A man with no arms and no legs can still see where I might be placing my hands in the wrong place.
Can you push up your hands in the sky?
Do that in solidarity. We would do that after intense push up sets to loosen up and regulate our hearts and breath in basic training.
Anyway, you will find your nut.
Thanks for checking in.
