Good Morning!
https://theplanetmars.weebly.com/uploads/1/4/9/9/1499961/5187244.gif
I went to church for many years as a Southern Conservative Baptist. Every Sunday I would enjoy listening to the preacher who was a PHD in Theology. He would say, "Good Morning, Praise God!" That was about as emotional as the sermon would get. We would listen to the lecture on the Bible and we would sing hymnals. So every time I say, Good Morning I want to add, "Praise God!" because that's part of my programming, which is fine because I like some of my wiring. The crap wiring I have disregarded. That's how I roll as a Buddhist.

As Tuesday is the day of Mars let's discuss the god of War and masculinity. in French, Tuesday is called Mardi that's a little bit of a hint. We get our name of Tuesday from Germanic Tiwasdag which is the god Tiw. In India the name for Tuesday is Mangalavaya เคฎเคเคเคฒเคตเคพเคฐ which means the day for the god of war. So you see, at some point the astrotheology of early man followed the Sun, Moon and then Mars or some other more significant planets as these bodies "wandered" in comparison to the stars which were relatively stable as constellations.
Here is a list of War gods who are also recognized as Tuesday:
- Mars - Romean
- Mangala - India
- Tyr - Norse
- Ares - Greek
- Nergal - Babylon
- ็ซๆ - Chinese (Red, Angry planet)
As many "cultural revolutions" have been upon us we have to take into consideration that understanding your life from the perspective of ancient knowledge prevents the government from having power over you. In the last 4 years we have seen Marxism rear it's ugly head by erasing much of our culture in favor of having the state and authority as the means of obtaining knowledge. There is no authority when the information is decentralized.
Speaking of Marx and Mark, let's look at the root of the name Mark who is one of our Biblical names:
Mark as a given name:
Mark is a common male given name and is related to the Latin word Mars. It means "consecrated to the god Mars", and also may mean "God of war" or "to be warlike".[1] Marcus was one of the three most common Roman given names. It is also used as a short from of Martin, a name which is either also of Latin origin and also meaning "warlike", or derived from Proto-Germanic elements "mar", meaning "famous" and "tank", meaning "thought", "counsel".
Meaning and history Mark is a form of the name Marcus. Mark the Evangelist is the traditionally ascribed eponymous author of the second Gospel in the New Testament. He is the patron saint of Venice, where he is supposedly buried. Though in use during the Middle Ages, Mark was not common in the English-speaking world until the 19th century, when it began to be used alongside the classical form Marcus. -- Mark (Given Name)
Marx, the surname:
The origins of Marx could possibly be Roman, meaning "of mars" in reference to the Roman god of war. It could also be a derivative of "Marks" and have its origin due to early European Christians naming themselves after the Apostle Mark. -- Marx Surname
As information wants to be free, even the Communists and Christians and Jews cannot escape the planet Mars!
My Progress TodayMy Progress Today
Today I have 60 down and I need 40 more to go. Today I did 20+20+20 as 20 Squats, 20 push-ups each set. My goal is to have a longer period of rest in between so I want to get these out as soon as possible.

Great write up as always.
Thanks bro!
You're doing a great job with your documentation so adding squats will definitely help others realize that they could be doing more.
It's your fault. Keep on with the keep on. Seeing your coaching on push-ups reminds me that I need to improve my form as well. You're going to keep an old man busy!
Get more efficient with your movements and get more work done.

Got my 100 in yesterday, 40-40-20 as usual.
Going to do my first set of 40 for today now.
Thank you for you uplifting report!
Got em done. 20-20-20-20-20
Woot!
I think I have an interesting way to do 100 squats, pushups and situps in a rotation of sets:
https://m.stacker.news/15180
Add one more exercise to the mix, maybe jumping jacks or something. Then get a deck of cards and assign each exercise to a suit. Spades = pushups, hearts = situps, etc. Then shuffle them up and start flipping over a card. Each number card do that many reps and for jacks do 11, queens 12, kings 13, and aces 14. You'll end up doing 104 of each exercise.
Or ace 1, jack 14, queen 15, king 16 gets you 100 total.
Hmmm... I see the curve is strong with you.
I just looked up Tuesday in Korean:
