But joke aside, I did this once with a friend in a forest (just the screaming, no tree punching or ripping shirts off, lol) and it was crazy how cathartic it was. Need to do this again soon. I would prefer mountains but there are unfortunately no mountains near me, only forests.¹

Maybe that's why I liked to go to concerts? Because you can try to scream as loud as you can without bothering anyone?

Did anyone here ever did something similar?
