Signal is better here, but that's also because this community is small. As communities grow in size, they start to have more noise. This happens on every, single social network. In the beginning the site is great, the community is close knit, and people have an actual sense of community. The word gets out, people want to partake in said community, and as a result the community starts to dissolve. Enjoy it while it lasts!
