hit receive and generate a Bitcoin on-chain address, it should start with bc1
paste that address to complete the transaction on your preferred exchange mentioned in point (1)
from there you can convert your BTC UTXO to Lightning sats. There's plenty of guides online, I suggest you read this for ZEUS or this for Green from @DarthCoin
Have not much experience dealing with shitcoins but maybe someone else around here can provide more detail or suggest you a better process
