Sorting out the UTXOs for the future, and minimal UTXOs should be 1 million sats, then each wallet should have a different size of UTXOs, like a wallet irl, you'd like to carry 1000 / 500 / 200 to pay for different things:)

Code review and producing a sizable database seed for development so far.

I’ll be wrapping the seed work up today then I’ll move onto turning off random rewards and doing other reward tweaks before revisiting navbar stuff. Oh and more code review.
