Last night was my first time ever I dreamt of bitcoin.
More precisely, I dreamed that I shared high quality links here on SN, and made a killing with my incoming zaps 😂

Just reflecting on my Bitcoin journey and feel very blessed to have found this space. And of course SN!!!

💯sn might be the last safe haven for bitcoiners.

@kr Why don’t I see the charts territory when I go to post?

it’s there for me…
reply
Oh maybe because I was using the link post type with a chart embedded in the text field?
reply
yup, that sounds like the issue. ~charts only allows discussion post types so links need to be embedded in the post text.

Is Darth talking about the island story with the dead people?
reply
Not the dead people! The people who faked their deaths and are now having a great time in a tropical paradise unconstrained by rules of a conventional society.

"In life, we often underestimate the power of a positive attitude. It is not merely a fleeting emotion but a guiding force that shapes our journey. Maya Angelou once beautifully articulated the essence of positivity when she said, 'If you're always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be.' These words remind us that embracing our uniqueness and approaching challenges with optimism can open doors to extraordinary possibilities. Positivity is not the denial of difficulties but the courage to believe in our ability to overcome them. It's a mindset that transforms obstacles into stepping stones, allowing us to navigate life's intricate tapestry with resilience and grace." — Maya Angelou

"If there is nothing new under the sun, if the past in some shape or another always returns, then the future when it comes will be something familiar. I sat in a restaurant yesterday chatting and watching Saturday Night Live clips with my son.
It reminded me about the Stacker News Live YouTube channel, so I asked him to bring it up as I hadn't seen any.
"I wanna see what they look like, but haven't got my glasses. Can you describe what they look like?" I said.
"Kung Fu Panda & the guy who taught the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" came the reply.
reply
Dude, that’s savage lol

Kids pulls no punches. Once called me an old, bald guy.
As I'm blind as a bat without glasses (and there's a Kung Fu theme going on) I'd imagine I'm probably the one on the right...

Howdy gang!! The week has begun!! Let's show this week who's boss!! This weekend went quite slow for me and that is awesome, had time to do lots of things and had enough time to relax and enjoy it as well, now that we are fully charged, strategies set, let's do this!! You are important and you matter, don't forget it. May your Monday be filled with success, profit and love. Be well my friends and stay frosty!!

Pretty much sums it up. If someone can read a government document and not feel like either they are losing their mind or that the government is complete BS I don't know what to tell them. Its a riddle of contradictions and logical inconsistencies.

do you have any good photo sharing tools between phone and laptop? 👀
reply
usually I use the Saved messages option in Telegram if you share it as file it doesn't get compressed
reply
You can use any app that have option to connect to a device in the same LAN. For example: ES File Explorer

reply
Why do you cook bacon, but bake cookies?
reply
That's awesome! I'd be interested to find out more :)
reply
Because horseboys sounds ridiculous…
reply
reply
hmmm, because horses were one of the old transportation across the world? many people used to ride horses, and that including the cowboys.
I might take a horses riding course in late spring!
reply
Because they’re too heavy to carry! 😂
reply
the better question is why people stop riding horses.. okay, car is indeed faster but then you need to ask for license, in some countries you even need to ask permission to buy cars.
riding horses are more free, no need to find parking lot, and deal with many car tax, road tax....all you need is to take care and feed the horse, okay I would stop here.
reply
I live in a place where there are wild horses and several riding schools, and I'll be honest with you, I prefer to see them loose in the wild. But I have nothing against those who use them ...
reply
indeed, maybe humans also should be the ones go loose in the wild too:)
it's kinda interesting, we see the horses as not being free, but aren't most humans the same.
reply
reply
If people start riding horses more, soon there will be licenses, taxes and "emissions tests"!
reply
that's why I prefer to walk and live in walkable places - no need to deal with anything. 😂
reply
There was horse parked up outside by house yesterday. Piss and shit everywhere. Horsey-man rides off and I’m left to clean it up….
Horses may be free but they are expensive
reply
oh interesting insight. 👀 how about camels, I never had the chance to ride them, would love to try!
reply
Ridden both. Dromedaries can be a little bit swift… Bactrian are a little more docile and easier ride.

We have bird feeders set up outside in the winter. Yesterday and this morning the feeders were empty. That's when we know there must be a red tailed hawk or Cooper's hawk around looking for a meal. I don't know how the birds let each other know, but they do.

really happy that I cleaned out all the old UTXOs, finished it at 2am last night, not because there are many needed to be cleaned, but because @DarthCoin taught me a new cleaning tool, https://coinos.io/ it's so much fun and amazing!

Very cool! I just checked out the site. I'm going to give it a go.

simple and cheaper, also no sats limit like in Boltz, but I didn't try with big size of UTXOs, I see it as a perfect tool for dust cleanings. 👌🏽
