If you pay taxes, you're a criminal https://www.probityco.com/

I mean, if you truly believe that, go right ahead. Stop paying taxes, and when you inevitably end up in court, go and try to make that argument. If you succeed, I would genuinely be happy for you (along with many more people, as that would establish a legal precedence).
But not everyone can take that chance because of the downside in case you fail to convince the court of your argument. See, it's hard to feed your family when you're in jail and seldom few people are willing to sacrifice their loved ones on a principle.

So you rather support war, genocide, theft... because of what, fear of the unknown?
reply
I don't support any of these things. I think the government is extorting money thanks to its monopoly on violence, misallocates resources and delivers services of poor quality. I'd be happy to see as many government agencies replaced with private ventures as possible.
That's the Theory. Now Theory meets Practice, so to speak.
If I stop paying taxes, I go to jail (this is certain, not unknown) and my family suffers.

Do you honestly believe that your advice is useful to, say, a citizen of China and will set them on a path to freedom?
Because there's a whole world outside of the likes of US or UK.

That is your point where you fail to understand:
  • citizens = must pay taxes, they already signed the contract, they are the slaves
  • sovereign individual = do not pay taxes, they do not sign any contract with the gov (CORPORATION).
reply
I challenge you to put your words into practice. Go forth, create a corporation, proclaim it will not pay taxes and then show to the world that the government will indeed back down from exerting violence against this corporation. I'd honestly love to read about this in the news.
Why am I still here then? GTFO gov kiss ass. Your level of statism is disturbing. Pay your fucking taxes, I will not. Come and get me if you can.
reply
It just means you were lucky so far.
reply
No. It means I know how to fight the gov and thieves. You don't. Because you are just a scumbag gov agent, a slave. Inciting to pay taxes is inciting to robbery. You are a criminal.
reply
Inciting to pay taxes is inciting to robbery. You are a criminal.
Btw, the mental gymnastics involved here are olympic-level.
First of all, taxes are "robbery" only in a metaphorical sence, in that we disagree with their ethics. No court has ever ruled (to my knowledge) that taxation is an actual crime.
So calling someone a "criminal" because they "incite" to behave in line with the law is... interesting, at least.
Second of all, calling someone a "criminal" implies that there is a legal system to rule someone as such. But you clearly reject the authority of any such system, so... funny.
reply
You're not "fighting" anyone. You're avoiding taxes.
If you ever slip up, or through a freak accident they track you down, you're going to jail.
Contrary to what you're trying to imply with your meme, no amount of dressing up as Darth or cheesy oneliners is going to change the fact that you're a tax avoider and the court is going to rule exactly that.
