Million Sat Madness is live! We repurposed the rewards page for it. It has a leaderboard with estimated payouts.

Oh and rankings in the leaderboard are recomputed hourly.
If you're wondering why you're not on the leaderboard, it's because 50% of a stacker's
valuedepends on how well they zap posts/comments as it always has been. If you don't zap well, early, often and meaningfully, your posts/comments will need to be 2x better (roughly) than others in the leaderboard who are zapping.That's dope, but does it reset one's "value" hour-by-hour, picking up again from the place one ended the last hour on, thus actually enabling to win or lose places by merely "out-zapping" someone who earned more Sats, which could be reversed the following hour, or how does the "value" work?
It doesn't reset value. It looks at a time period's best posts and comments and their zappers, and from that determines value.
And that value gets added each time, resulting in one's placement?
Yes it isn't their latest value. It's their cumulative value over the time period. For MSM it's the cumulative value over the calendar month.
That's a dope system, it's not about what you stack, but how you act.
Meaning content valued by other stackers?
I guess I need to revise my montra again: "Zap big. Zap often. Zap early. Zap meaningfully." That's getting cumbersome.
By meaningfully I meant 'big' but your mantra does not account for zapping 'well' which is meant to mean zapping the good stuff you suspect we'll all like.

correct, the SN-affiliated accounts are disqualified from participating. any rewards that would have otherwise gone to those accounts just gets added to the pool of bonus sats for Million Sat Madness

The leaderboard on the rewards page does only apply to march. It's consistent with historical
valueranking because the people in the leaderboard are consistently providing high value including within the last 12 hours.What setting do we need to enable to appear in the ranking?
